Angel Denise M. Homeless Hotel Centers (ADMHHC) is a faith-based transitional housing and spiritual restoration initiative designed to serve individuals and families facing homelessness, displacement, or crisis recovery. The program provides short- and medium-term housing in safe, fully furnished units—structured to restore dignity, stability, and purpose through integrated support services.
Each ADMHHC facility functions as a “restoration hotel,” offering private rooms or family suites, nutritious meals, and access to essential amenities such as transportation assistance, job readiness training, and onsite counseling. Residents receive individualized case management that addresses both immediate and long-term needs, including employment placement, mental health care, educational advancement, and financial literacy.
ADMHHC’s model integrates spiritual rehabilitation alongside practical support. Daily devotionals, life-skills workshops, and optional pastoral mentorship create an environment where emotional healing and faith renewal intersect. My name is Robert Q.T. Bettis, and I am the Founder, Board Chair Person, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Mantle & Mission National Alliance for Justice and Restoration (MMNA-JR). I am a legal scholar, faith-based leader, and lifelong advocate for justice reform, driven by firsthand experience with the failures of state systems and the resilience of the human spirit. Having overcome years in foster care marked by neglect, displacement, and systemic abuse, I turned that pain into purpose—dedicating my life to rebuilding the structures that once broke me.
I bring together the disciplines of law, faith, and governance to champion accountability, transparency, and restorative justice. My work focuses on empowering marginalized communities, confronting institutional misconduct, and transforming broken policies into pathways of healing. Through MMNA-JR, I have built a national framework that unites advocacy, education, and rehabilitation under one banner of faith-driven reform.

My name is Idella Hollins, and I serve as the Board Duty Chairperson of the Mantle & Mission National Alliance for Justice and Restoration (MMNA-JR). My journey has been marked by loss, resilience, and the unwavering belief that broken families can be made whole again. I have experienced the pain of losing loved ones—including my boyfriend and other close family members—to gun violence and family hardship. Those experiences shaped not only my compassion but also my purpose: to ensure that no one else has to face such loss without support, healing, and hope.
Through my role at MMNA-JR, I help guide our mission to restore families, rebuild trust within communities, and promote faith-based healing across generations. I believe that restoration begins when people are seen, heard, and loved in their most vulnerable moments. My leadership focuses on community outreach, trauma-informed support, and creating safe spaces where families affected by violence and systemic failure can rebuild their lives.
I am passionate about transforming pain into purpose. Every initiative I lead at MMNA-JR is rooted in empathy, accountability, and the conviction that true justice includes restoration. My name is Taugene Morris, and I proudly serve as the Board Treasurer of the Mantle & Mission National Alliance for Justice and Restoration (MMNA-JR). I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Education and bring both professional training and personal resilience to my role in the organization. My journey has been shaped by overcoming significant life challenges, including growing up surrounded by family members struggling with addiction to alcohol and drugs. Those experiences taught me the value of compassion, accountability, and faith-driven perseverance—principles I now apply in service to others.
As Treasurer, I am responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial integrity, transparency, and stewardship of resources. My work involves managing budgets, monitoring fiscal compliance, and supporting sustainable growth strategies that keep MMNA-JR’s mission strong and accountable. Beyond numbers, I see my position as a ministry of trust—helping to sustain the financial health that fuels national restoration and community transformation.
My background in child education reinforces my belief that empowerment begins with knowledge and opportunity.
